The individual half-pans snap securely into the palette, so I can swap out colors without any mess. The included brush pens hold water perfectly for both fine lines and broad washes, making this easy to grab for quick sketches anywhere.

I've been using this set daily for a week and the 50 colors are surprisingly consistent—the little brush pens make it easy to do quick washes right at my desk without setting up a whole studio. The palette's compact size fits in my bag perfectly for outdoor sketching trips.

The palette folds up neatly and stays shut in my bag without leaking, and 50 shades is genuinely overwhelming in the best way—every wash I mixed came out exactly as vivid as the pans looked. I've used it three times this week just for quick studies, and it's already my go-to travel kit.
